纳米肿瘤学,新型纳米药物及肿瘤免疫诊疗
研究简介:
1.新型抗肿瘤纳米药物的研发:纳米药物广泛应用于肿瘤的各个领域,我们基于二维纳米材料、金纳米材料、纳米水凝胶、红细胞膜、适体等多种纳米材料,针对黑素瘤、乳腺癌、肺癌等多种肿瘤研发新型纳米药物,促进肿瘤治疗效果的提高、副作用的减少以及个体化和精准化的治疗。
2.肿瘤微环境调控与肿瘤免疫治疗:肿瘤免疫治疗是肿瘤领域公认的突破性进展,获得2018年诺贝尔奖,但仍面临响应率低的重大挑战。我们针对肿瘤细胞外基质屏障、免疫抑制因子、免疫抑制细胞等肿瘤免疫微环境因素,提出新型免疫调控策略,提高免疫响应,促进肿瘤免疫治疗。
3.肿瘤检测及诊断研究:肿瘤血液检测及分子影像技术是肿瘤诊断的重要手段,我们基于SPR、SERS、光声成像、拉曼成像等先进技术,对血液中的肿瘤标记物开展灵敏和特异性的检测,并对肿瘤标记物展开活体分子影像研究,为肿瘤的诊断提供新的技术
研究成果:
在Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.、Chem. Mater.、ACS Appl. Mater. & Interfaces、Nat. Comm.、Adv. Meter.、Small、Biomaterials、Tetrahedron等国际学术期刊上发表SCI学术论文20余篇,累计引用超过1200次。授权中国发明专利3项,美国专利1项。
