个人简历

陈超,博士,研究员,博士生导师,硕士生导师,威尼斯84881副院长。先后师承国内遗传学大师张亚平院士,金力院士,国际精神遗传学泰斗Elliot Gershon教授。主要研究方向为人脑组织的基因表达调控和精神类疾病的致病机制。以解读精神类疾病的遗传机制为目标,利用生物信息,机器学习的分析方法,以及细胞模型类脑模型的实验手段,从DNA甲基化、基因表达等不同层面,系统而深入地研究精神疾病相关的遗传变异的精准基因定位和分子功能。在Science, Science Translational Medicine(2篇),Molecular Psychiatry(5篇),Bioinformatics等杂志发表论文30余篇。主持自然科学基金委优秀青年科学基金1项,面上基金项目2项,和威尼斯84881创新驱动项目2项,以主要成员身份参与科技部重点专项“重大慢性非传染性疾病防控研究”1项。

以主要成员身份参与了PsychENCODE,BSNIP等国际重大科学计划,多次受邀在国际人类遗传协会年会,美国人类遗传协会年会,世界精神遗传协会年会和美国神经精神药理学会年会等高水平国际学术会议做学术报告。同时指导学生参加高水平国际会议并作报告,先后获得包括美国人类遗传学会Charles J. Epstein奖(2017,2018),世界精神遗传学会Hugh Gurling奖(2016,2018),北美华人遗传学会杰出报告奖(2017,2018)等国际知名会议的重要奖项。

主要的研究方向:1)人脑遗传表达调控异常和神经精神疾病的关系,主要是人脑中DNA甲基化,非编码RNA等多组学的调控与精神分裂症,双相情感障碍,癫痫,自闭症,老年痴呆症,帕金森病等的关系;2)对大规模多组学数据的算法研究,利用人工智能、机器学习的方法分析健康大数据。包括复杂多基因疾病进行多层次数据的网络整合,利用基因表达数据挖掘疾病特征标志物的研究等;3)与人脑发育和精神神经遗传病相关的表型组学研究。
